How does the delivery process work?
- When we receive any order from you, our team first verifies it by a phone call. Therefore, you expect a phone call from us after placing order on our website. Once verified, we start processing your order by inspecting the products. Your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. We make sure that products packed are intact, unopened, unbroken and in factory condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Currently, we are delivering through E-courier, Redex and Pathao.
- Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible time. After reaching your location, they will call you to deliver the order. In case, first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, they will take second attempt to delivery attempt after contacting you. Two consecutive failed delivery attempts will result in a return.
ডেলিভারি প্রসেসটি কিভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়ে থাকে?
- যখন আপনার অর্ডারটি আমরা রিসিভ করি প্রথমেই তা নিশ্চিত হওয়ার জন্যে আমাদের টিম আপনাকে ফোন কল করবে। অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পরে প্রোডাক্টসগুলো খুব ভালভাবে চেক করা হয় যাতে প্রোডাক্টের মান পারফেক্ট থাকে। এসময় আমরা মেয়াদউত্তীর্নের তারিখও চেক করে থাকি। আমরা পুরোপুরি নিশ্চিত করি যে প্রোডাক্টটি সম্পূর্ন ফ্যাক্টরি থেকে যেইভাবে এসেছে সেইভাবে দেয়ার জন্য – নিশ্চিত করি এইটা যাতে খোলা না থাকে বা ভাঙ্গা না থাকে।
- শেষ ধাপের কোয়ালিটি চেকের পর প্রোডাক্টগুলো প্যাক করে আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়। বর্তমানে আমরা ই-কুরিয়ার, রেডেক্স এবং পাঠাও কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করে থাকি।
- এরপর আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনার পার্সেলটি দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে আপনার কাছে পৌঁছে দেয়। অর্ডারের সময় আপনার দেয়া ঠিকানাতে যেয়ে ডেলিভারিম্যান আপনাকে ফোন কল দিয়ে প্রোডাক্টটি ডেলিভারি করবে। কোনো কারনে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ না করতে পারলে ডেলিভারিম্যান দ্বিতীয় দিনে আবারও আপনার ঠিকানায় যেয়ে আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে পার্সেল ডেলিভারি করবে। যদি কোনো কারনে দ্বিতীয় দিনেও আপনাকে না পাওয়া যায় তাহলে পার্সেলটি রিটার্ন করা হয়ে থাকে।
How are items packaged?
- We package products in premium quality cardboard boxes with proper protection material in it. These boxes are then packed in waterproof sealed polymailers with shipping labels attached on it. Each individual product is carefully packaged while fragile items like glass bottles are safely secured with bubble wrap.
What are the delivery charges?
- Inside Dhaka: 70 Taka
- Outside Dhaka: 120 Taka
What is the estimated delivery time?
- Inside Dhaka: 1-2 days
- Outside Dhaka: 3-5 days
